Not having food is something you only really understand when you don’t have it, or don’t have enough.  From tragic losses in California fires to hardship resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, there are heroes.  What can we learn from the weather?  Chris Forest Professor of Climate Dynamics in the Department of Meteorology and Atmospheric Science at The Pennsylvania State University  forecasts  the future of food and the cost of your grocery bill.  Fires are obvious; hardship often goes unseen.
